Cancellation Policy (Right to Cancel)
This Cancellation Policy outlines your statutory right to cancel an order placed with Kavely Jewels through kavelyjewels.com. This policy applies in addition to our Refund and Return Policy and does not affect any other rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days of receiving your items, without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods. If your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the cancellation period begins on the day you receive the last item.
How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision through a clear written statement before the cancellation period expires.

Cancellation Before Shipment
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund, including any shipping fees paid. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@kavelyjewels.com, as orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Cancellation After Receiving the Goods
If your order has already been shipped or delivered when you decide to cancel, you must return the items to us in accordance with the conditions outlined in our Refund and Return Policy. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items — such as pierced jewelry (earrings) — cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive the returned goods, or — in the case of cancellation before shipment — from the day we receive your cancellation request.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. Please note that, depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the funds to appear in your account.
Return Costs
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the items received are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. In such cases, Kavely Jewels will cover the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your items, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
