At Kavely Jewels, we ship our jewelry worldwide so that customers everywhere can enjoy our pieces. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, delivery estimates, shipping costs, and other important information related to the delivery of your order. This policy applies to all purchases made through kavelyjewels.com.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship worldwide. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us at contact@kavelyjewels.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. In such cases, we will contact you by email to keep you informed.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (Free): Estimated delivery time of 7–15 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping (Paid): Faster delivery option with reduced transit times. The exact cost and estimated delivery time will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your destination.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, postal carrier performance, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, before payment is confirmed. Standard Shipping is offered free of charge, while Express Shipping is available as a paid upgrade for customers who wish to receive their orders faster.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. Customs policies vary widely between countries — we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Kavely Jewels has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Refusal to pay customs fees that result in the return or disposal of the package will not entitle the customer to a refund of the original shipping costs.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Kavely Jewels is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at contact@kavelyjewels.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Kavely Jewels is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your tracking shows that the package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:
- Check around your delivery location and with neighbors.
- Contact the local postal carrier with your tracking number.

If a package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier and find the best solution.
Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier issues, customs inspections, severe weather, public holidays, or peak shopping seasons. In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you promptly at the email address provided during checkout.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the items before opening or using them, and contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@kavelyjewels.com. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
